These terms apply to all bookings made with Dil Se Departures (“we”, “us”) through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email or office. By making a booking you agree to them, along with the specific inclusions, exclusions, payment and cancellation terms shown on your trip page or quote.

1. Quotes and prices

Prices depend on dates, availability, exchange rates and taxes, and are confirmed only when your booking amount is received. Taxes such as GST and TCS are charged as per prevailing law.

2. Payments

A booking is confirmed only after the booking amount (token or advance) is received. The balance must be paid as per the payment schedule on your trip page or quote. If payments are not received on time, we may cancel the booking and the cancellation policy will apply.

Please pay only through payment links, account details or UPI IDs shared from our official phone number or email.

3. Travel documents

You are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports (valid for at least 6 months for international travel), visas, permits and health documents. Visa decisions rest with the embassy; visa and service fees are non-refundable.

4. Changes by you

Changes to names, dates or services are subject to availability and supplier rules, and may carry charges.

5. Changes by us or suppliers

Itineraries may change because of weather, road conditions, strikes, government orders, flight changes or other reasons beyond our control. We will offer the best possible alternative; refunds for unused services depend on supplier policies.

6. Group trips

Rooms are shared with travellers of the same gender unless booked otherwise. The trip captain’s decisions on safety and timings are final. We may remove a traveller from a trip for behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs others, without refund.

Alcohol, drugs and any illegal activity are not permitted on the trip vehicle or where prohibited by law.

7. Health and fitness

Please tell us about medical conditions before booking. Some trips (high altitude, treks, adventure) need good health; consult your doctor before travelling.

8. Liability

We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport and activity providers, and are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for loss, injury, delay or expense caused by events beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

9. Photos and media

Captains may take group photos and videos during trips and we may share them on our channels. Tell your captain if you prefer not to be featured.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
